The Self Publication is a collection of photography and personal essays designed to uplift and combat the harsh stereotypes associated with men and women in the Black Community. Photographer and designer, Nitashia Johnson, seeks to analyze the role of media representations and how it can reinforce stereotypes and influence how others are perceived.

Saturday, November 9, 2019 | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
