Movement through the Diaspora: Afro-Caribbean Dance Workshop

During the month of March, CAP artist Micaela Gutierrez-Tillett from ORIZON and a few of her trusted instructors put the sound in our feet and the sway in your hips during the Movement through the Diaspora: Afro-Caribbean Dance Workshop, as part of SDCC’s New Year, New Skills series. Participants learned the history and cultural traditions of Hip-Hop, Latin, Afrobeats and Dancehall.
